Frequently asked questions

What happens to an account that moves to a lower plan?

Nothing is deleted. Above the new plan's limits, the extra items become read-only: the student picks the ones that stay active, and everything becomes editable again with a higher plan.

How is a subscription cancelled?

From the account settings, at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Can a school offer a plan?

Yes. A partner school offers Plus or Pro to its students, with nothing for them to pay.

What happens to the Pro plan's credits?

They are added every month, up to 60 in total. When the Pro plan ends they stop; purchased credits remain.
